Being a family owned and operated business, the Meredith family behind Shine Building, want your family to feel confident in entrusting them with your home build.

We plan your project in detail from start to finish and provide you with a complete, itemised contract price so the payment amounts and terms and clear and there are no surprises.

Every Shine Building project includes a 7-year warranty for structural components, per QBCC requirements, and we also perform a check-up on the build 12-months after the completion to ensure everything is in order and you’re still in love with your home.
