Sarah and I absolutely love the beautiful Buderim street where we live. We didn’t want to build a new house or purchase a house anywhere else. But we felt that our family had outgrown the space and the house was starting to feel very rundown. We had previously experimented with small renovations to create more space and to slighltly improve our home. These small modifications did not really meet all of our needs and in hindsight, we felt like we needed an expert to help us with a more improved renovation that will last us many years.

That is when we enlisted the help of Shine Building and with Steve’s direction, we knew we would finally get the house of our dreams.

Many hours were spent back and forth with the draftsperson to ensure our design met our needs and more importantly, our budget. We were also able to complete the renovation in two stages which allowed us see the progress take shape and get a feel for the new space.

Steve was easy to work with and compromised with many of our ideas and requests.

We felt like we needed an expert to help us with a more improved renovation that will last us many years. We enlisted the help of Shine Building and with Steve’s direction, we knew we would finally get the house of our dreams.
