My family contracted Steve Meredith to build 3 townhouses in Maroochydore in 2018. This was not our first Rodeo, but it was by far our smoothest.

We have previously built with other project home builders and local builders and experienced the roller coaster of deadlines being missed, details being forgotten and cost blow outs causing financial hardship.

With Steve we did not experience any of this. He hit every deadline (even with the added pressure of the 2018 heavy rain fall), and the quality of the build meant that we were able to sell our end product very easily.

The attention to detail in the building was remarkable and the communication from Steve kept us fully informed. But most importantly there were no hidden surprises in the cost of the building. Highly recommended first-class builder.
