I was suggested to us by friends that we talk to Steve once we had the plans completed for our waterfront home in Maroochydore. This was to be our dream home and a lot of time had been spent on getting the design exactly as we wanted it. The preliminary process of finalising the contract price and completing all our selections was an easy and enjoyable process.

I must admit I made a few changes as the build progressed which never seemed to much trouble for Steve or his tradesman on site. The result was my beautiful dream home exactly how I wanted it to be. I am sure as you can see by the photos, we have every reason to be very happy with the finished product , it is a credit to Steve and his team .

From start to finish, Steve was friendly and professional. He kindly took us through each stage of the development and answered all of our questions. We are extremely happy with the end result and we highly recommend Shine Building!
