Do you build knock-down rebuilds in flood-mapped areas?
We do, and it’s increasingly common on the coastal strip, where replacing an older low-set home with a new design built to current flood-level requirements gives you the location you love with a home engineered to current standards. We’ll assess your block’s specific requirements as part of the design conversation.
